Processing, Shipping, and Pickup

All our items are custom-made to order, and therefore, most require 1-5 days to be completed. If you need your items sooner, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note these processing times do not include the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you. If your order is urgent, we suggest you opt for our Express Shipping option.

Postage fees are weight-based and calculated at checkout.
All postage options include tracking and are shipped with Australia Post using Parcel Post or Express Post.

Local pickup is also available at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, along with the pickup address and collection instructions. Please wait for this confirmation before collecting your order.
